Ultramundum Foundation's mission is to develop and spread the UltraPeg technology. Thanks to this patented technolgy three-dimensional environments of any dimension and complexity can be downloaded from the Internet at high speed.

The most ambitious project under development, whose duration will be many years, is 4DGea, the first and more important ultravision channel.

What will be possibile in 4DGea
Explore any place in any time of the past, see first-hand any event of the past, visit all cities of the world of today and of any other age, see the great thinkers of any age directly into their labs and even talk with them.
4DGea will became the biggest 'construction box' ever imagined, allowing everybody to build any ultravision channel freely getting element of any place and any age. Ultravision technology is cooperative and allows for the full reusability of any element of any channel to create new worlds. So if anybody will want to create, for instance, a channel with the Coliseum on a beach, it will be possible to take it from 4DGea and instantly the new ultravision channel will be ready. Obviously, there are endless possibilities for cultural applications: each student of the world will be able to visit the places he could only imagine until today, studying them on the books. Entire schools will be guided by teachers on the very places of the famous battles, in the courts and the streets of any age so that they will 'live' history. Everybody will be able to meet Cleopatra and visit impossible places like the inside of vulcanoes, the abysses of the oceans or the Moon itself. Ultravision provides for the constant presence of an helps ystem to explain every detail of anything, directly in our language.

How this wiil be done
Obviously, the endeavour is enormous. Many years of hard work will be necessary, many thousands of people that with passion and dedication will code the wonderful history of our planet. Committees will be born to create each subproject of 4DGea, especially for every city. Thanks to the new possibilities made available by patented UltraPeg technology, it is not necessary to immediately define 4DGea in each part. Vast portions of space and time can be left unfinished and in many cases the technology itself is able to create details 'on the fly'. In this way the creation of 4DGea will be progressive, enhancing in time its definition and adding new details, even if the planet will be immediately explorable in time and space.

The current state of this project is that of the presentation to public and organizatins. The Foundation obviously is already working on the first elements, shown in other pages of this site. Parts of 4DGea are Virtual Italy, 3D Turin,, 3D Turin Province and Roman age Aosta city.
